Lo detienen por violar a su hijastra menor de edad y grabarla en Tlalne

Agentes de la Fiscalía Regional de Naucalpan dieron cumplimiento a una orden de aprehensión en contra de Juan ’N’, quien está señalado por su probable participación en el delito de violación en agravio de su hijastra menor de 15 años.

Los hechos que se le imputan se registraron el pasado 24 de junio, en el interior de una vivienda localizada en la colonia San Juan Totoltepec, donde se encontraba sola la víctima, a quien habría agredido sexualmente.

Cabe mencionar que el detenido, quien es padrastro de la víctima, grabó los hechos con su celular y la madre de la menor al revisarlo encontró el video y de inmediato solicitó la intervención y apoyo de esta Fiscalía General de Justicia, por lo que presentó la denuncia respectiva.

Juan ’N’ fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Tlalnepantla, en donde quedó a disposición de un Juez, quien determinará su situación jurídica.
