Cae atracador que amagaba a sus víctimas con pistola tipo pluma en Ixtapaluca

Ixtapaluca, Estado de México, 12 de junio 2019

Una oportuna denuncia ciudadana, derivó en la detención de una persona, al parecer responsable del delito de robo con violencia.

Elementos de la Secretaría de Seguridad (SS), al realizar labores de campo por calles de la unidad habitacional San Buenaventura, fueron interceptados por un vecino de la zona, quien informó que, momentos antes, un sujeto lo amagó con una pistola en forma de pluma, despojándolo de la cantidad de dos mil pesos.

De inmediato, los policías estatales implementaron un operativo para la búsqueda y localización del sospechoso, mismo que fue localizado calles más adelante y que al ser identificado plenamente por la víctima, fue detenido.

Al solicitar una revisión de rutina a la cual accedió voluntariamente, Jordy ’N’, de 19 años de edad, tenía entre sus pertenencias el dinero reportado por la víctima y un arma de fuego, de las denominadas ’plumas’, con cinco cartuchos útiles calibre .22 milímetros.

El detenido, el capital y el arma de fuego, fueron trasladados a la Agencia del Ministerio Público de Ixtapaluca, donde se ampliara la investigación y se determinará la situación jurídica del aprehendido.
