El Agente del MP de la Fiscalía Regional de Naucalpan, ejerció acción penal en contra de Cristian ’N’ de 36 años de edad y Erick Ernesto ’N’ de 28 años, quienes son investigados por su probable participación en el delito de fraude.
Estos sujetos habrían manipulado un cajero automático de Santander, en el Bulevar Manuel Ávila Camacho de Naucalpan, al cual le colocaron un artefacto de plástico con la finalidad de que retuviera tarjetas bancarias.
Los detenidos también pegaron calcomanías en el lugar, con instrucciones para comunicarse a un número telefónico en caso de que las tarjetas fueran retenidas; una supuesta operadora del banco solicitaba datos y el NIP de la víctima, información que utilizarían estos sujetos para así realizar retiros de dinero.
Por ello fueron remitidos ante un Juez quien determinó iniciar un proceso legal en su contra.

I recently read an article claiming that the BRI plan by China is in jeopardy particularly due to the COVID 19 pandemic. The risks from the economic devastation in many Countries of the World and in particular in Africa will make it difficult for China to see returns on its investment. In addition and, more importantly, China will be left at the mercy of the African Recipients post COVID 19. Is this a reasonable expectation or will China have more billions to fix this?
