Lo procesan por homicidio de reo en penal de Neza

El MP de la Fiscalía Especializada de Homicidios Zona Oriente de Fiscalía Edoméx acreditó la probable participación de Ignacio ’N’, en el homicidio de un interno del Centro Penitenciario y de Reinserción Social de Nezahualcóyotl, por lo que fue vinculado a proceso.

Los hechos por los que es investigado ocurrieron el pasado 18 de junio, afuera de las celdas 7 y 8, del módulo 9 de sentenciados,donde ambos iniciaron una pelea.

Ignacio ’N’ al parecer utilizó una punta metálica para herir a la víctima, quien falleció a causa de una hemorragia interna.

Al detenido se le debe considerar inocente hasta que sea dictada una sentencia condenatoria en su contra.
