Aprueba Cabildo séptima edición de Festival Vientos de la Montaña Texcoco 2019

Texcoco, Estado de México, 25 de septiembre del 2019

En la XXXV sesión ordinaria de cabildo, se aprobó por unanimidad el programa para la realización de la séptima edición del ’Festival Vientos de la Montaña Texcoco 2019’, que se realizará del 11 al 22 de Octubre del 2019, en sedes alternativas en el municipio de Texcoco.

La Presidenta Municipal Sandra Luz Falcón Venegas, señaló al cabildo que está sería la Séptima edición del festival, el que ha logrado un gran arraigo por la gran tradición musical que se guarda en el municipio, ’es una venta para proyectar la grandeza y la virtuosidad de los artista texcocanos’.

La Directora de Cultura Rosana Espinoza Olivares, explicó que se trata de la mayor expresión de música de Texcoco, en donde los instrumentos de viento han jugado un papel fundamental en las comunidades del municipio, se han convertido en un eje central de la cultura local.

Explicó que la vocación musical de la región, ha derivado en el surgimiento de agrupaciones y bandas musicales, por ello ’El festival Artístico Vientos de la Montaña’, se ha convertido en un escaparate Internacional, por la calidad de los artistas que llegan, en esta ocasión para establecer actividades de corte académico, para los músicos que quieran asistir y deseen perfeccionar sus técnicas.

Se dejó en claro que el evento público es totalmente gratuito, con la presentación de artistas de primer nivel en los foros para ello establecidos, con un programa que suma a la cultura musical de Texcoco.

Dentro del Festival se realizará un concurso de bandas de viento, quienes son la esencia de este festival que tiene como finalidad acercar el arte a los vecinos de texcoco y dar la oportunidad a los artistas texcocanos de darse a conocer y capacitarse con los mejores maestro de la música en el mundo.

El cabildo aprobó el programa y el presupuesto de 4 millones de pesos, para la realización de este festival, que acerca a los texcocanos a la música y cultura, compromiso que tras siete años de haber iniciado esta serie de eventos, refrenda la Presidenta Municipal Sandra Luz Falcón Venegas.

En el cabildo, el Director de Imagen y Comunicación Social Manuel Conde Torres, presentó el cartel oficial de la séptima edición del Festival Vientos de la Montaña Texcoco 2019. Imagen que enmarcará la programación y publicidad de las actividades para dar realce a este evento.
