El MP de la Fiscalía Edoméx, acreditó la participación de José Luis Alberto Almendarez Salinas, en el delito de trata de personas, en la modalidad de explotación a través de la prostitución, ilícito por el que fue condenado a 43 años y ocho meses de prisión.
Este sujeto obligaba a dos mujeres de 17 y 22 años, a sostener relaciones sexuales con hombres a cambio de dinero, en un bar de Nezahualcóyotl.
En julio del 2017, el ahora detenido realizó una publicación en una red social, mediante la cual solicitaba dos personas para laborar en un bar como meseras. Dos mujeres fueron contratadas por este sujeto, sin embargo, días después fueron obligadas a sostener relaciones sexuales con hombres a cambio de dinero, hasta septiembre del mismo año, cuando fueron rescatadas por elementos policiacos quienes realizaron un operativo.
Este sujeto fue ingresado al Centro Penitenciario, donde un Juez previo proceso legal le dictó esta condena.
